Ecopromlit Plant LLC is a modern foundry within the Turbokom Group of Companies, which specializes in the production of iron and steel castings by the method of gasified casting (Lost Foam).

Specialization

Manufacturing of castings of a high level of complexity for use in hydraulic systems, in agriculture, mechanical engineering, automobile and car building. Production capabilities allow us to produce castings from iron, steel and non-ferrous alloys weighing from 0.1 kg to 450 kg. The dimensions of the investment ring are 900x700 mm.

Employees of the plant

Ecopromlit is a union of first-class specialists and modern foundry technologies. 70 specialists work at our enterprise. These are the design department, metallurgists, foundry technologists, quality control department, laboratory staff, cutters, molders, sales department and marketing department. All of them make every effort to rightfully be called an exemplary manufacturing enterprise.

Work algorithm

1. Send an application with a drawing and/or a sample to the mail, where materials and technical requirements for castings are indicated; 2. The design department and the head of production, approve the possibility of implementing the order; 3. The price and terms of the order are approved; 4. Design department and metallurgist develop design documentation; 5. We produce prototypes, we approve them with the customer; 6. We start serial production.

Specialization: Production of castings from iron, steel and non-ferrous alloys by the LGM method

Production capacity - 600 tons of suitable casting per year;

Application of products: castings for various fields of activity:

  • Automotive industry: brake drums and discs, brackets, turbine housings, steering knuckles
  • Railway industry: locomotive and carriage brake pads, suspension, anchor, monoregulator, wedge, crane, adapter, body;
  • Agricultural: body parts, elements of seeders, holders, openers, cranks, heels, hubs, brackets;
  • Hydraulics: body parts of pumps and hydraulic valves;
  • Plumbing: gate valve, gate valve, ball valve, valves, mixing valves, valves, covers, filters, hydrants, meters
