Castings models

The production of castings by the LGM method begins with the production of the mold of the future casting from a special foundry polystyrene. The pre-foamed polystyrene is blown into the forming cavity of the mold, where it is processed with steam

Molding

Molding is filling the models in the flasks with quartz sand using a vibrating table. Under the influence of horizontal and vertical vibration, the sand becomes fluid and fills all the channels and cavities of the model. Molding is the most important operation to ensure the quality of the future casting

Coloring and drying

Applying a non-stick coating to the surface of the styrofoam model is carried out in a bath for painting bushes: dipping, pouring and brushing. The company uses a water-based non-stick coating of English paint. Painted models undergo the drying process in drying chambers

Casting

Production capacity - 40-50 tons per month, the ability to load 200 tons per month; Possibility of receiving castings in single, small and large batches
